Development Services

Chilton Development Services (CDS, because everybody loves an acronym) was created to fit right in between Chilton Logging and Chilton Custom homes to provide project management and permitting services for our projects as well as those of local landowners.

So if you have a project, or know someone who does, and they don’t want to deal with the permitting process, have them give us a call! We do everything from assisting with building permits to handling subdivisions of just about any size.

Development Services

When it comes to land development, it can be confusing and difficult to navigate local land use regulations and permitting processes. Chilton Development Services was created to help people get to where they want to go with their project. We offer experienced project management and permitting services for projects of all sizes and types, including:

  • Short Subdivisions
  • Long Plat Subdivisions
  • Private Roads
  • Boundary Line Adjustments
  • Building Permits
  • And most other permitting processes

By leveraging the other abilities of our sister companies (Chilton Logging and Chilton Custom Homes) and our relationships in the local development community, we can offer competitive packages for your property development project – from logging the trees, through permitting, and right up to turning the key to your own custom home. If you choose to go another direction with your home and just need assistance with permitting or subdividing your property, no worries. You will get the same level of customer service and attention we give all of our customers.
